Your privacy, by design.
We built TaxKiln India so that reading it costs you nothing, including your data. We do not ask for your email. There is no newsletter, no "subscribe for updates", no account to create, no lead form. You can use every guide and every calculator without giving us anything about yourself.
What we do not do
- We do not collect your email or build a mailing list.
- We do not sell, share or rent personal data, because we do not gather it to begin with.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party profiling cookies.
- Our calculators run in your browser; the figures you enter are not sent to us or stored on a server. If you save or share a result, the inputs travel in the link itself, under your control, not in a database of ours.
How the site is built for privacy: assets are served from our own domain rather than third-party networks; the site sets a strict content-security policy; outbound links are handled cleanly; and the core guidance is readable even with JavaScript disabled. This is our privacy spine, the same standard across every Kiln, and you can see the detail at /privacy/proof.
We handle any limited information in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Where we use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which guides are useful, it is aggregate and not used to identify or track you across the web.
